How we deliver

We offer free standard shipping to Australian addresses for all orders via Australia post with tracking.

Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking information you can use to trace your parcel.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow approximately:

  • Metro delivery: Within 2-7 business days
  • Regional delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Remote delivery: Within 7-14 business days

For orders placed before 2pm, your order will be packed and dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.  

If you require express post or have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will endeavour to assist you.

Please note that once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we have no control over your parcel for special requests or delays.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, you can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed.

If your order can’t be delivered it will be returned to us. A refund will then be processed and takes 3-5 business days to be processed back into your account. If you still want to purchase the item(s), you will need to order them again via our online store.  

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, your package will mostly likely be left at a nearby collection point (e.g. pharmacy, newsagent or post office).

In some instances, the Australia Post staff may leave your item unattended if they deem the location to be secure. 

Please note that once in the hands of Australia Post, we have no control over where they deem to be secure locations / suitable to leave an item unattended in.

I didn’t pick up my package from the collection point, and it’s been returned. How do I get my items?

Once the package is returned to us, we’ll refund the cost of the items to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

If you still want the item(s), you will need to re-order them via our online store.
